I have been renting from BPE for two full years. They've been a pleasure to deal with and very responsive if anything needed fixing.The apartment was recently updated and very nice with exposed brick and limestone. Close to downtown. Also appreciated the grocery monthly allowance provided at local Grocery Basket stores. Nice!

Good spacious rental unit. Was enjoyable to live so close to the down town core. BPE management could be more organized. The rental unit was not ready until 3 days after my original planned move in date. My auto-deposit slip was misplaced, and we have notified them of repairs that still havent been fixed (2+ months with broken kitchen lights).

Bottom line is I would rent from them again but getting in contact with the property manager can be a hassle. They are always friendly when communicating. Overall mixed experience.
