DO NOT USE THEM !! I barely write reviews, But I am super compelled to do this.
Scam Company , they Don't use most of the other boards Comparables, WHY DO YOU NOT DISCLOSE THAT UPFRONT BEFORE ACCEPTING THE ORDER , Gave me Too much Run around JUST to address the appraisal report to my lender even Though I owned the report, Almost costed my deal , After everything done Client and I asked for the invoice for several days, emailed several times, Call this Guy "Jeff" Few times, he gave fake promises and Never sent the invoice, Seems like they are running a TAX fraud, collecting from the clients and Not paying their Taxes !! STAY AWAY FROM THEM, They might get shut down soon.

Christine did an amazing job on my appraisal. I order it Thursday, she was on site Friday, did the report over the weekend and delivered it Sunday. Thanks for the flawless customer service Christine.
