We’ve been living in this apartment building for a month already and would give it 5 stars and many thanks. We were positively impressed by the showing after working hours and the attitude of Tana: all explained, she mentioned what repairs will be done before the move in date and we’ve got everything mentioned. New kitchen, bathroom equipment and flooring in the whole apartment.
It was so sweet to receive a welcome gift from the company as well.

What is the most important for us: the manager of the building, Prince, is really taking care of it - always clean stairs and hall, the snow is shovelled and he responds to messages right away! Believe me, that’s very cool!

The only disadvantage we see is the old window frames, however we were promised that they will be changed in his summer.
