I have lived in Chippawa for about 7 years with Ross and Gina as my landlords. They are very attentive, respond quickly to my concerns and they are always very nice to deal with if I have any problems ! They also do a very good check of all the people who apply to live in my building so I have never had a problem with any of my neighbors! They are also very up to date with covid cleaning of the building and do a good job making sure everyone is safe.

Ross and his team are true professionals. I rented an apartment from them and would recommend their services to anyone. I have also worked with them on a business level and Ian in particular is a wonderful person to deal with. Hands down the go to for property management services across the board.

After almost 8 years my tenancy with Boncore Management ended with me having to take them to the LTB over a problem tenant and repairs they refused to acknowledge, let alone try and fix. I've documented the whole process from informing them about the issues, to their responses and claims. The problem escalated to the point where the police got involved, I've documented that interaction as well. My former neighbor, who stayed up all making a cacophony of noise sounding like they're manufacturing "something", left a very positive review here after the events I documented around January 30th. I'm guessing that's why my concerns were ignored. He took down the review after I posted this (wonder why).

Boncore Management offered me a settlement outside of arbitration with the LTB, I accepted the settlement because tenant filed claims are currently taking over a year to be heard.

If you move into my old unit and hear the noises that sound like a washing machine between 11pm-6am, call the Niagara Regional Police non-emergency number (they already have a case file for the location).

Edit: Apparently the response is from Stefan, someone who I've never interacted with and wasn't involved in any of the events that transpired, very professional. Your story doesn't even make sense because I left an 8 year rent controlled apartment to get away from something you claim doesn't exist. I've uploaded all the evidence to my google drive file, contradicting your version of events laid out here. Also, I didn't agree to arbitration, I negotiated with Ross and a dispute resolution officer closed our case. We never went to arbitration and only one of us sought legal council (wonder why).

You should probably have your paralegal inform you of libel laws, since you're claiming the police were involved twice. Look forward to seeing you fish up two police incident reports out of nowhere. If you'd read the only police report that exists, you'd know they listened to the 15 recordings I took for our LTB case, gave me their non-emergency number and told me to call them if I ever heard those noises again. Unsurprisingly, I didn't, because my neighbor obviously didn't want the police in his apartment unless he's had 3 hours notice.

Edit #2: The police can't force me to take down this review, nice try. You could have gotten that officer into a lot of trouble because they're not allowed to interfere on civil matters like defamation/libel (especially when it could be considered police intimidation). I'll chalk it up to sheer stupidity on all your parts and not file a complaint against the officer. It's not defamation/libel if it's true, I would love if you tried to take me to court.

Ross Boncore and his team at Boncore Rental and Property Management are a team of established professionals. I have had a great experience as a landlord. Boncore ensured that the right tenant was secured for my property. As I am no longer a landlord, I am no longer in need of Boncore's services, however should I ever be in the rental property market again I will absolutely secure Boncore to manage the property.
