Will never recommend this company! They were great the first month then bam!! & given other reviews i am sure they will try to blame me! As they say im “one of the worse tenants at their weekly meetings”.
Mold issues still not addressed, rodent issues they are ignoring. They left us without a freezer for 3 weeks!! I asked if they had anything or what i was supposed to do as i have small kids. They told me to bring the food to a friends or family.
We fixed a repair they said they would reimburse us for back in February. STILL not reimbursed now refusing. Multiple floods to the point my insurance wont cover & gonna go after the owners insurance for their neglegance!! I cannot believe this company is still in business. Especially after reading these reviews. Sonia is very nice for the most part. Everyone else nope!! I have reached out to Chris who tells me its “not his job contact maintance”. Even after saying im not hearing back!

Pleae do not rent with them!!

Good thing that we came to know about Block Properties. Chris and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Wonderful property management company. When you need something fixed they are on the ball. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Love that lawn maintenance and snow removal are included. Makes life much easier. Highly recommend them if your looking for a place to rent. Two thumbs up.

All good reviews are bought by them!!!!Worst company to deal with!! Never do ANY maintenance and/or repairs…..huge safety issues and they don’t care! Rodent issues and nothing they will do about it! Everyone local knows to avoid anything rented with block properties especially the offices that help people find homes. Rent from them if you want to do all your own maintenance and repairs as if not you will have primer on your walls, floors that are no longer cleanable(the cardboard under the vinyl shows), if you want screws coming up that can hurt your feet, if you don’t mind not being able to use your kitchen cabinets as they could fall out on you or your kids and if you don’t mind your garden and or kids playing with rodents on your front doorstep, while the doorstep is unsafe and loose and rats have highways underneath patio stones and the driveway is full of mud because they refuse to maintain it.

Awsome company! Have been renting through them for a little bit now. We had a problem in the basement on a Sunday. They promptly dealt with it. (the same day). If I email with any questions or concerns. Sonia gets back the same day. Chris has been absolutely amazing to deal with, awsome guy. Zero complaints! 10/10 recommend!
