OK so here we go >>>>>> The big review!

I have dealt with four different Real Estate Agents in my past.

1. Purchased a house on Melvin Ave. in Lively. Being in my early 20's and a first time home buyer, I was naive to say the least. The house listed at $110.000.
We said to our Agent, we really like this house can we buy it?
Any "honest non-greedy realtor would have said, ok maybe we can go in at $105.000. or somewhere around that and go from there. I thought the price was the price, I had no idea you could go in at a lower offer. I guess the realtor just saw $$$$$$ signs. They weren't looking out for our best interest at all.

2. Purchased a house on Lefebvre in Chelmsford. We were doing a walk around the property and we said " Oh boy , looks like the roof needs to be reshingled!" Her exact response was "wow!, look at those beautiful hedges". AGAIN not looking out for our best interest.

3. Purchased a camp on the Wahnapitae River. Can't even remember the correspondance. So not bad but definitley not great either, or I would remember, Correct?

4. Purchased a house on Middle Lake Road. Felt pressured from the beginning. This Realtor was working both sides, Selling and buying. We were told the house will go on the market monday, so it would be wise to make a decision before that time because it could become a bidding war. ( It was Lake front Property). We were going to put in a $5000. under asking price offer, and was promptly told the seller would definitly not budge. One year later after purchasing , we encountered our agent and were asked " How is your new house?" We said "good" and as were mentioning having to change dated windows. (We were'nt complaining, it was just small talk) We were abruptly told " Hey you know what you were buying" We felt like he had no concern because he got what he wanted.

5. BLAIR GRIGNON, THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
Yes I'm yelling! I want everyone to know the great experience we've had with Blair. He sold our house on Middle Lake Road and quickly had to work very hard to find us our final retirement home. He brought us through many houses and pointed out both good and bad things about these properties, that we should take into consideration. He was always available to us and his response time was very quick. He was accommodating and extemely honest " hard to find in a Realtor, Vacuum Cleaner, or Car Salesman". He also recommended a great law firm, and house inspector, that we were very pleased with. The whole experience was amazing and stress free. We are so happy in our home! and highly recommend Blair Grignon.
