About a year ago in late November 2023, I decided to downsize because I was getting older. I asked Ben to put on the rental market my townhouse in the last segment of Besserer Street, Ottawa. Two days later, the house was rented to a pleasant young man from Western Canada studying at UOttawa.

When, after a full year's stay in the house -- that Ben made easier for me by monitoring occupancy issues as they emerged -- my tenant decided to temporarily move abroad, I asked Ben to test the market for a possible sale. That was early December of this year: two days later, Ben presented me with three offers, all from young couples wishing to settle in Ottawa.

Once the most convenient offer had been selected, Ben supervised and coordinated the transaction with all interested parties. All I had to do was call my lawyer once and provide him with Ben's name and phone number.

I am now looking forward to the early closing date Ben has managed to arrange, with all steps in the process cleared by him.
