Booked a appointment, went to the appointment. Spoke with a guy, Left with many questions, left with uncertainty, felt worse going about my situation than not going. Wanted me to email my ID, emailed them some concerns/ questions... on March 8th, today march 17 and still haven't heard back. Update, they emailed me... but only their booklet, that already had. Still left unsure about this place, practices, etc. Voicemail left unable to access.

I can't express my gratitude enough for the team at BDO Kitchener and Laura Dzanagova. Booking an appointment initally to meet them was easy and upon arrival I had a nice warm welcome to the office. I told them what kind of situation I was in and they explained everything to me step by step before proceeding. In the inital meeting I knew that by me telling them everything up front that they treated me with no judgement and that they understand how situations can happen and what the best solution is. From the moment I filed I've had several delays in my case as the creditors we're pushing back but Laura had excellent communication where she answered all my questions and concerns and she was pointing out certain things that made it seem like there was a light at the end of the tunnel!
