My partner and I rented a one-bedroom unit for about a year and a half and had a great experience with Axon, particularly with the Property Manager, Colin Watts, throughout! Service tickets were always answered promptly with fast and thorough resolutions. Additionally, when my partner and I had to break our lease due to personal and financial reasons, Colin was very compassionate and acted very quickly to help us find someone to lease the unit so we could end our lease early. We are so grateful, and will miss living in our little apartment so much.

Colin Watts is a professional property manager with sound knowledge about Kingston. He responded quickly whenever I have questions and is very accommodating with our tight viewing schedule. We managed to sign for a unit on the next day with the help from his colleague Khaled whom handled all the lease documents even on a Saturday. Highly recommend their service if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

We had a great experience with Colin Watts! He was very responsive when I first reached out to him and very friendly when I called him. We will able to finalize a deal the same day and very negotiable to find the best price for my group. As a first year student away from my home in Toronto, I thought that finding off campus housing would be extremely rough, and it did started off like that. Once I met with Colin, he made the whole process so smooth and relaxing. I definitely enjoyed chatting with him and appreciate him for leasing the property out for me and my housemates!

My group officially signed a lease for our house next year!! We are happy that this stressful period of searching for a unit is done and are excited to call this place our new home. We could not have done this without Sam Knight. He was very thoughtful and considerate with our group. We were unfortunately turned away from signing one of his showing due to the group before us signing but Sam stayed in contact and collected information for other houses. Sam is easy to talk too and answers quite quick. Sam went above and beyond by keeping an eye out for 6 person units that crossed his desk. He directed me to Ryan Watts, who was showing the house we signed. Ryan was very kind and patient while we had our other group member run from class to sign the beautiful unit he was showing. Ryan made the signing process memorable and efficient. I highly recommend finding a property with Axon. There properties are well kept, they are considered, professional and friendly. Overall, they make the process go by smoothly. I just want to give a big thanks to Axon Property Management, Sam Knight and Ryan Watts.

Absolutely unprofessional I had a loved one rent from axon they got behind on rent due to financial troubles rather than approach us and inquire about why the rent was left unpaid we were threatened with the company going to collections (not how it works in Ontario) the company is all about money and cares very little about its tenants well being. I would recommend thinking twice before renting from them. I am disgusted by the way they handled the situation
