If I could give zero I would! Absolutely horrible experience, I strongly suggest using any company but this one! Peyman appraised my property, I then received an error filled report with terrible comparables. He uses properties from other towns to find what he wants. I asked for a comparable in my own town to justify his appraisal and he was not able to produce that. It does not exist! He was given a report by a real estate agent showing highest sales and explaining why his almost $200K over market value was not a reasonable market value. I have now paid for a service with non existent due diligence or knowledge of the area. Peyman ended the communication and refused to adjust his appraisal using proper comparables in the actual town he was asked to look at. Use any company but this one!
