I want to compliment the Albert Terrace’s building manager for her hard work and dedication! Anytime I have a concern or issue Isabella is on it! She ensured the job was completed to full perfection. She represents all the qualities of a good manager. She listens to my requests and takes immediate action on them and keeps me informed. She also has taken initiative to interact and spend time w/ the residents while carrying out her duties as a building manager with excellence. Living here at Albert Terrace has been a pleasant experience thanks to her. Thank you Isabella! Albert Terrace is lucky to have you as its manager! You are doing an excellent job which deserves full recognition!

The building manager @ Albert Terrace has been working effortlessly to ensure the building residents are comfortable. She she super attentive and is quick to resolving any issues that come up. Isabelle is very hardworking and ALWAYS has a smile on her face and you can tell she loves her job and her residents! She has made my stay @ Alert terrace that more comfortable and I do not have enough words to express her appreciation and hard work! I know that if I have any issue that she will take care of it right away. She often checks back to ensure things are going smooth which shows how thoughtful and caring she is. Thank you Isabella!

We moved into Albert Terrace approximately five months ago after selling our house. We were suffering with a personal tragedy in our family and could not focus on looking for an apartment . We looked in the paper and contacted a Williams and McDaniels Rental Consultant Sandra who found us the perfect apartment at Albert Terrace. I just want to say she went above and beyond in her efforts to help us with our move and I will be forever grateful for that

The primary reasons we chose this location was that it was a Security building first and foremost, Elevator service, Safe environment, clean and inviting lobby, size of apartment, comfort, convenience, on-site laundry, location (close to mall), public transit access, balcony, maintenance and security of building(that is always being dealt with in due course) affordability and most importantly access to building managers.

Our building managers Isabella & Mike have made our transition smooth and stress-free. The top shelving was not installed in the closets when I first viewed the apartment as well as a couple other things but when it was time to move everything was in perfect order. In my closets were beautiful shelves that were built by Mike because others were on back order and would not be in till after our move ..I called to report a problem with my fridge and it was promptly dealt that same night . The elevator was out of service recently for a day or so, and Mike and Isabella were out first thing in the morning advising tenants, and volunteering to get us anything we may need if we couldn't manage the five flights of stairs. At age 66, and 76, I can't tell you how much we appreciate this type of service. Mike built new carts for the residents to bring in our groceries etc. So nice and much more stable than the old ones were. When it snows, they are out there before 7am cleaning the walkways and or/ arranging for the parking lot to be cleared etc... They are two very hard-working individuals who clearly take pride in their work. We say, “Very good choice, in Isabella & Mike.” It truly is a pleasure to deal with them.

Overall, we hope to become long-term tenants here and hope Isabella & Mike will be here long-term as well. Not everyone takes pride in doing their jobs well, and it is very important to us to have this type of care-taking and administration in the building managers we deal with. We want to let Williams and McDaniels know how happy we are that we chose this location. This is a wonderful place to live and we highly recommend this property to any prospective renters.

Big shout out to Mike and Isabella Abbott, building managers for William and McDaniel property Management at Albert Terrace. During this very difficult time with the covid-19 pandamic they have made us feel safe and secure in our home here as I'm sure many would agree ... Always available in event of emergency . Recently I had an emergency maintenance issue and it was immediately dealt with in a friendly professional manner. I also wanted to add I'm loving the new laundry machines.... We feel very blessed to be living here and highly recommend this property .
