This process was new to me, but Warren was patient enough to walk me through the air quality tests as well as the test for asbestos since I have an older home. I wanted to get this done for the safety of our family and my infant child. Warren only wanted to provide the necessary test that I needed to do and wasn't trying to upsell me on additional services. Very professional and knowledgeable.
On the day of service, he sent his technician Kevin to service my home. The whole process took a bit over an hour. He was very kind and clean/respectful of my home. Warren also stopped by to speak to me in person and offered solutions in case my ceiling was asbestos positive. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend A1 Eco.

We found asbestos tile in our bedroom, underneath laminate flooring whilst renovating our new home, it was 9x9 Green tile and it was cracking around the edges of the room. Being new home owners, this was pretty scary and so we called round to a few asbestos removal companies to see what the next steps should be. We found Warren and his team here on google, and they were amazing from the first time we spoke. We called on Sunday, they came over Monday to see the tile, by Wednesday they had all of the tile safely out and Thursday they removed the rest of their equipment. Not only was the service and professionalism world class but the price was very reasonable as well. We live in a 100 year old home in Toronto and if there is any more asbestos, the first person we will call, will be Warren.

Finding vermiculite in our ceiling was discerning, so I appreciated Wayne's ability to respond quickly. Kevin was professional, informative, and respectful-- cleaning up the mess. Great turnaround as well. I got my all-clear results within two business days.

We had a serious residential mold issue in our basement due to years of flooding. It required a full gut and nothing less.

I had estimates done and Warren’s was by far the most competitive. More than that, he is honest and his team was always respectful and diligent in doing their work. We had tough questions for him and he was very honest and fair throughout the entire process. He also responds very quickly and answers your questions.

I would not hesitate to recommend Warren to anyone. I also say this as a person who is very cautious about contractors and does not continue if I have a bad feeling about the person. I also asked Warren to provide documentation (WSIB, insurance etc.) and he was able to do so without issue.

We were tough customers but were very satisfied and had a great experience. Warren and his team did a fantastic job.

We had a bit of a cursed job - terrible old Asbestos-based vinyl tile, adhered brutally to old wooden stairs. It was more work than the team had anticipated, but they pushed through and got it done.

Warren is friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable and very communicative. He answers his phone at all hours and is happy to answer questions or talk through anything.

His crews are knowledgeable, focused and hardworking. They knew that we were sensitive to Asbestos risk, and took every precaution to ensure the project was held to the top safety standard.
