Pros: Great Location
Cons: As far as I'm aware, 2 people are responsible for managing this building, the manager Omar Boland and the superintendent Peter. Both are very unprofessional and usually rude. Peter was usually unhelpful when I asked for help. For example the mailbox got vandalized and he wouldn't clarify as to when we'd have a mailbox back. He also didn't try to help when I asked questions about AC. Near the end of my term he would call me multiple times, yelling and threatening me even after I told him to stop. Boland the manager is also unprofessional, unwilling to respond to communication via phone or email. Most importantly, both threatened me multiple times to send me to collections (and then illegally did so as well) when I legally gave notice to move out at the end of my term. I had to threaten them and the collections agency with legal action to get them to stop. They also withheld my key deposit after I returned my keys and tried to charge my bank account after I instructed them not to (I had to put a stop payment to prevent them).
Also, the building is old and infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. I thought it was only my unit but I saw them in stairwells and hallways. I got bit by a bed bug as well for the first time in a new mattress from IKEA, so I figure they also have bedbugs.
Check reddit for other peoples' experiences, they corroborate mine.

The location is great but the building is old and poorly soundproofed. It can be noisy during the day and night. The landlord speaks aggressively, not very friendly. I do not recommend.
