I've been living here several years now I just want to say Tatsiana & Alexander the building managers have been doing a magnificent job since they took over the building. It's not easy to look over three separate buildings. In these two's cases they have been doing an amazing job. Always keeping the building nice and clean.

I've lived in both 151 and 153 since 2021 and have seen a 6 different property managers in my time living here. When I moved in, the duo was a husband and wife, I assume they left for maternity/paternity leave as she was very pregnant at the time. They replaced them with another couple, who clearly had no idea what they were doing, and then ANOTHER couple who had no idea what they were doing. Then a lady took over for a bit, was doing a good job, then literally quit after the first heavy snowfall.
I have to assume that Hollyburn didn't give her the assistance she required when she needed it.
After her, Tatsiana and Alex took over and things were running very smoothly for a while. They've been removed to another site that I assume needs attention, but ever since, everyone can tell the difference. Tatsiana and Alex had excellent attention to detail, and were just lovely people all around.

Now the main reason for my rating:

The security in these buildings are lacking. I had a very expensive bike stolen from the underground parking garage and a few days ago, my partner's bike was basically dismantled and left in shambles in the same area. Someone else had their bike stolen for the second time. Hollyburn hasn't even done the BARE MINIMUM to ensure the safety of people and their cars and bikes in the parking garage. No cameras looking inside the garage or even at any of the entrances. I wouldn't be surprised if cars are broken into or even stolen.

GET SOME CAMERAS IN THERE. WHY IS THIS NOT A PRIORITY?! ANY type of deterrent would suffice, but they've done absolutely nothing. I will come back here and change this review when they finally take action. Until then, I will complain to anyone who will listen.

The building managers (especially the woman) is rude and not cooperative.
They don't care about the tenants' requests.
Also, the building is located in a noisy neighborhood. The noise starts as early as 7:00 am everyday (Lawn mowing and leaf blowing every day!!!). Then construction, and finally some irrespective neighbors.
If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, ignore 153 St George as well as 151St George and 149 St George.

I don’t know why everyone else has had such a bad experience. whenever I have emailed the manager with serious or small requests they have always gotten back to me within A more than reasonable amount of time and often call to confirm that the solution was effective!

To those who have had issues try emailing!

Ps. Like the other reviewer‘s I have had some issues with noise extremely early in the morning starting @7am - while the city does allow this, it’s not cool considering how much we all pay. Change it and you got a 5 star from me
