지인소개로 다니엘 사장님을 알게되어 집을 구하게 되었어요. 제 경우는 좀 복잡한 상황에서 집을 옮겨야 했는데.. 정말 저에게 힘이 되어 주셨던 분이십니다. 영어와 한국어 모두 완벽하게 구사하시는 프로다운 모습과, 성실함과 책임감 있는 모습에 또 한번 감사드리고 싶네요. 다니엘 사장님의 제일 큰 강점은.. 시간약속에 단 한번도 늦으신적이 없었던 부분입니다. 저도 시간약속을 꽤 중요하게 생각하는 편인데, 몇차례의 만남에서 단 한번도 늦으신적이 없었어요^^

Being first time in Canada, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we found Daniel through an ad and contacted him which made the process much easier than we had been anticipating. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We were in the USA and Daniel send us photos and videos of the houses which helped us a lot to make the process easier! We were about to select a house from the video but he stopped us saying that he found a leakage in the house and we ended up renting a condo! He helped us right from the beginning like starting a bank account and introducing the area to us.
We both are very happy with our first rental home and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. We thank you for the time and effort you spent with us, making our first experience as easy as it was! Daniel helped us to get a new rented house in Toronto with in a short period of time. I have never seen a dedicated person like Daniel. He was never like some other agents who dump all the available homes under their scanner and force you to take one of them, but was always on top of our requirements, by getting us very detailed reviews of the houses including video reviews and pros and cons. When we finalized one he really took care of our a-z needs starting from opening a bank account. He is someone that's looking out for your interest and guiding you through the whole process. He is trustworthy and knows the market dynamics. He is very systematic, and guided us through every step of the home renting process. Highly recommended!

I worked closely with Daniel over the last few months. I was referred to Daniel by my ex coworker and current good friend Dhana (who also has a review about him). Daniel is by far the best realtor I have worked with. Right from the beginning of the process, Daniel was very professional and was available to answer my questions. Daniel was always punctual, understood my needs very clearly and sent listings that were tailor made instead of generic filter searches usually sent by realtors. He went above and beyond in doing the calculations for me and prioritizing properties based on my interest. In addition to that Daniel, is extremely familiar with the GTA area. He has been a realtor for several years and is able provide good and bad about every property we looked at.Daniel really stood out while providing his inputs regarding the property, I feel like I was able to completely trust him. The reason I say this is because he would do his research and advice me not to proceed in case of any hidden smoking guns with the property, this showed he genuinely cared for his clients. I was once part of a multiple bidding situation, there were 10+ offers on the property however just one realtor showed up in person to present the offer and that was none other than my realtor Daniel.
